SHIELDS: The Pheonix has 2 sets of shields, much like the Defiant. Each shield has a rating of 100%, therefore the shields on the Pheonix are 200%
TORPEDOES: The ship is equipped with 2 tubes at the back and 4 at the front. It carries 200 standard issue Photon Torpedoes and 150 standard issue Quantum Torpedoes.
WARP DRIVE: The Pheonix has a class 3 warp drive, capable to at warp 9.5.
COMPUTER SYSTEM: The Pheonix is equipped with a standard LCARS computer system
CLOAKING DEVICE: The newly developed Electra Class Cloaking System (ECS) has been modified to create holo-images from the space around them. It then disperses the image aroundthe ship. It is less obvious to the enemy that the ship is cloaked then the standard Romulan and Klingon cloaking devices.
TACTICAL: Much like the USS Defiant, the Pheonix has 2 tactical stations, to maximize their ability of attack
PHASERS: There is 1 phaser strip at the back and 3 at the front. Located at the the sides at the front, there are 2 pulse phasers.
SHUTTLES: The Pheonix has an extra shuttle bay then the Defiant, it carries 2 normal shuttles. A shuttle takes 1 damage until the shields are destroyed, and 1 damage until the hull is destroyed.
